The P.E.N.S. Basket Project is the Signature Project for the Bath Richfield Kiwans. Since starting in 2017, we have put together and delivered over 600 P.E.N.S. Baskets to the Hope and Healing Center / Battered Women’s Shelter of Summit and Medina Counties. The goal is to provide every woman who arrives at the shelter with a personal basket full of essential personal items. One third of the baskets are “family” baskets for women who arrive with kids and in need of personal items.
We are currently filling laundry bags in lots of 24 with specific needs presented by the Hope and Healing staff.
